I have been selling on ebay for a few months a dealer contacted me about a piece possably being a copy , I stated to him I have an appraisal from a expert in that field pre columbian 40+ years, well any way he reported the piece and ebay pulled the piece and I emailed back that i had docs but they were not interested in reviewing them .
The next day ebay pulled 25 pieces or so for bring misrepresented , then the next day 40 pieces
the next dat 130 pieces . All I get from them is that these were copyrited VRO things though I only sell vintage and antique ethnic pieces and they admitted that they dident review the listings. Example a hand pounded copper pot thats new and 60 pounds its huge but they pulled it for either copy rites or misrepresented either way its a pot its copper and its new what the .....
So a long story short well not too short has anyone out been targeted by a ebay member or had these kind of problems with ebay trust and safty and can anyone direct me to how i can deal with a decision maker there the customer service people that I have spoken to and we review the pulled listings they agree that there was a mistake file a report for review and nothing happens .............. HELP ps yes i have 100% positive feed back and I was a designer to the stars in Holly Wood and have had retail stores for 20 years selling this kind of products as well as being on the HGTV shows i do know my goods
